Browsing the website inverso.cloud does not involve the direct collection of personal data. There are no contact forms, registration areas, or profiling systems active on this site.
Data that may be processed includes:
- Browsing data: technical information automatically acquired by IT systems (IP addresses, access times, pages visited). Such data is used exclusively for the proper functioning of the site and for anonymous statistics.
- Voluntarily provided data: sending emails to the address indicated on the site involves the acquisition of the sender's address and the data contained in the message, processed exclusively to respond to the request.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:

4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The website inverso.cloud does not use its own profiling cookies. The site is hosted via Cloudflare Pages, which may use strictly necessary technical cookies for the security and functioning of the CDN network. Such cookies do not track users for commercial purposes.
No third-party services are integrated for behavioural analysis, advertising, or remarketing purposes.
5. Communication and dissemination of data
Personal data is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes. Data may be communicated to:
- Technical service providers (hosting, infrastructure), contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
- Competent authorities, in cases provided for by law.
6. Transfer of data to third countries
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which uses a global network of servers. Technical browsing data may be temporarily processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare operates in compliance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Data retention
Technical browsing data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the provision of the service and in any case no longer than 30 days. Data contained in any emails is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and subsequently deleted, unless required by law.
8. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, every data subject has the right to:
- Access their personal data (Art. 15).
- Obtain rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Obtain erasure of data (Art. 17).
- Restrict processing (Art. 18).
- Data portability (Art. 20).
- Object to processing (Art. 21).

9. Minors
The website is not intended for the collection of personal data of minors under the age of 14. In accordance with Art. 8 of the GDPR and Art. 2-quinquies of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), the processing of data of minors under 14 requires parental consent.
